Return and Exchange Policy

We always strive to ensure our customers shop with confidence and peace of mind by allowing them to refund or exchange their purchases with any of our products, in accordance with the following return and exchange terms and conditions:

• A return or exchange request for products purchased through the online store must be made within a maximum of 7 days from the date the customer received the product.
  
  

• The items to be returned or exchanged must be in good condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging exactly as received.
  
  

• The product codes or serial numbers on the packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  
  

• Any gifts received with the purchase must also be returned in their original packaging and condition when requesting a return or exchange.
  
  

• In the case of a return, once the returned product is received and verified:
  
  

• If payment was made by cash on delivery, the order amount will be refunded as store credit to your account in our online store, which can later be used to purchase other products.
  
  

• If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase, provided that the refund request is made within 14 days from the payment date.
  
  

After 14 days from the payment date, it will not be possible to refund the amount to the card, and the amount will instead be refunded as store credit to your online store account, which can later be used for other purchases.
